Pamella Radwan creates her glass art by combining the very best of materials with a passion for detail and design. She works with her "Lynx" torch at home in her studio to unite base materials such as gold, silver, and palladium with various types of glass imported throughout the world. Each bead is carefully kiln annealed to assure lifetime strength and durability. Her emphasis are on designs that will withstand the passage of time and become classics. Glass is her preferred medium- a super cool liquid which has magical properties both in natural and artificial light. Pamella's inspiration comes from the natural beauty of the world around us as well as, diverse sources such as, mythological stories or real experiences that influence our journey through life.
Pamella's work is available directly through her website and Carni Designs Art Gallery in Florida, and select Art Galleries Nationwide. She sells both bead sets and completed pieces of Wearable Art which feature genuine Swarovski crystals and authentic sterling silver accents. Unlike many artists, Pamella accepts custom orders with the understanding that no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. She prides herself on creating fine pieces that will delight the most discerning of connoisseurs for generations to come. Her beads have been called "flawless" as her attention to detail is meticulous. Publications include the glass art magazine The Flow (Dec 2005) and the Flow's "Women in Glass" Vol II. Her work has been chosen to grace the cover of the Canadian Glass Art Society Calendar for 2007.
